I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at insitro in Sep 2020
Interview
Really slow, also they give outside recruiters to help them for hiring ,but always lagging on response . I even contacted one person in that company for more informations, they just really slow on everything

Question 1
They give outside recruiters to help them for hiring ,but always lagging on response
Had an initial “phone screen” which was frankly very hard to schedule (think issues like late Friday email for Monday early interview and then they didn’t show on Monday and sent a snarky follow up sans apology later). Also it wasn’t a phone screen but a short entirely technical interview. I left with clear signals I’d never want to work there which were affirmed when I never got so much as an email follow up (which they said during the interview they would send). Hopefully it’s just startup growing pains.
