Interview
- Reasonable number of rounds - Disorganised HR: different recruiter each round. - Interviewee is not prepared on the nature of each interview session e.g., product design VS behavioural Q's VS culture fit/growth. They don't seem interested in being transparent. - Interviewer unclear about duration of interview and not engaged. Sounded exasperated when they didn't hear exactly what they were looking for. - Signed NDA and interviewer couldn't ask the question on "what are your top 3 challenges" and said they could tell because there's a lot of IP. A general direction would be helpful, at least.
