The cognitive aptitude test was all multiple choice— some were simple like just doing easy math, and then some were like 4 different patterns consisting of 6 shapes each (some filled in, some not, different placements, etc) and then saying “what’s next”?? Same with 4 letter patterns, while some letters going up, some back, and take a minute to put it together. These felt the most unfair with the time limit. Prepare for some BS questions. Take your time and focus on correct answers rather than rushing to get through a volume of them.
