I was asked what I thought of the writing assessment. The manager seemed to be trying to deduce whether I had enjoyed it.
They mostly focused on my past experience, competency, and methodologies relating to various areas: Web copywriting, CRO, SEO, CX, creativity, best practices, workflows, processes, collaboration, etc.
Another long script described that you had to commute to London for the first 6 weeks of training. Was I prepared to do that.
What are your salary expectations?
Asked about SEO, my writing process, how I feel about a start up culture, why I’m looking for a new role, etc.
