After the video interview (hiring manager was based in another office), I had to complete a written evaluation. The written component had four pieces to it ranging from editing to writing an extemporaneous email based on a handful of various facts.
How I work cross-functionally with internal partners to do my job. How I keep myself organized with competing priorities. How do I work with senior leaders who I may not necessarily agree with. There was also a written assignment component to the process.
I was asked to do an assignment: given very little information, I was asked to write a company-wide email plus a Yammer social post plus a comms strategy to build excitement around a campus building Reno/upgrade and to encourage employees to hold their meetings and presentations there.
Mostly open ended questions where you can describe relevant experiences to the role requirements.
