I liked that the interviews were more a conversation about their business and my experience rather than "trick" questions. I did get a thought provoking question about how previous direct reports differed from each other and what frustrated me about each.

None of the questions were too unexpected. However interviewer went into extreme depth with each question regarding a particular experience or situation. Tell me about a time when you worked in a team and had to resolve differences in opinions. The experience I mentioned was over a year ago and I did not remember it quite as detailed as I would like. And so it was difficult to answer all the interviewer's followup questions precisely.
Anyhow, they asked me what was your most challenging work experience, what stream do you want to work in and why, tell us everything you know about the bank anf etc. The interviewers were very friendly and kind enought to take time to give us feedback after the interview.
