I had to pretend I was an employee in charge of their activities in Latin America and sort out 14 of my emails in 20 minutes before the next team meeting. I had to go over the messages, files attached, calendar and corporately reply to each person. It's meant to test your abilities to prioritise, manage time and multitask.
