Behavioral type question, very banal questions. Phone screen: 1/ Where do you see yourself in five years? 2/ Excel experience? 3/ Tell me about your background? Other questions too, but you get the gist. The questions in the two following interviews were equally as banal.

They asked the visa status and job descriptions, how you match the job
What do you know about different areas of investment management
How would you begin building your 'book'
What are you expecting to learn from this programme?
With current Interest rates, how would you advise a risk neutral client?
They focus more on the previous work experience for this job since its all about relations built over time and also on the kind of people we used to deal with.
