None of the questions were difficult; they were situational and asking specifically about my experience, they weren't "tell me about a time that..." The questions were specific to my role, how I operate within the environment and what I saw as far as their business from the outside. Quite frankly, if you have done basic company research and know your own skill set well, the interview questions won't be an issue.

Tell me a time where you were faced with a conflict and how did you work to overcome it.
Tell me about yourself. It was a casual conversation. Starting with the company's requirements and work culture, with current market trends. The most important question I feel was what did you research about the company.
Why are you leaving your current job and why BlackRock?
Name a situation where you knew you made a mistake and explain how you knew and what you did to fix it.
