First - an interview with the hiring manager, very nice, not too formal.
then hr (got to know 3, 2 of them were lovely), then a cognitive test that takes 2 hours, then preparing a presentation, presenting to VP, direct manager. All toke 3 weeks.

Nice people and work place. Questions are professional, focusing on your understanding of the industry, your previous company business as well as daily operations. Pay much attention on client relations.
