A recruiter at ironSource messaged me on LinkedIn about an SDR opportunity at ironSource. I did some research and was interested in learning more so we scheduled a call. I did well so they moved me on in the process and I spoke with the GM. I thought I did well and I was very honest when explaining my current situation - being laid off due to the pandemic. They decided to "move forward with a candidate that is a better fit".
