I first got a home test. After that the HR called and was very enthusiastic on the phone - she said they were so impressed with my resume and test, that they want to interview me for a more senior position at supersonic. She gave me a lot of compliments. I was invited to an interview in the office. I talked with the department head about my experience and skills. She told me the next step would be a presentation. Then I got a call from the same HR that told me both the positions are off the table with zero feedback, leaving me thinking the hiring process is very confusing and definitely not respectful.
