The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ironSource (London, England) in Jul 2022
Interview
Initial phone call, then a home exam (was a bit hard, 90 min, including record 1 min video about a project I did).
After that I had a zoom interview with the team leader .
Then a HR interview in the offices.
Final stage was presentation but I did do.

relevat projects I initiated:
Success, failure, challenging
2 interviews + a simulation.
All was pre laid out and described.
All the people I came in contact with were very professional and friendly.
Last stage is references and all in all it was a good process.
I applied online. I interviewed at ironSource (Israel, WV) in Apr 2021
Interview
First I got a phone call from the recruiter, we had a nice and short talk and afterwards I took the home assignment, which, in my opinion, put the main focus on the wrong things (such as algebra questions that were time-limited). There wasn't a lot focus on the interviewee as a person, I mainly felt like the test is meant for evaluating how fast I can solve math problems. This is only my opinion of course, good luck :)
