General Product Interview with direct manager - learn about the candidate experience including examples of task or 2, tell about the position and answer questions 3. HR meeting to dive deeper on the professional experience and learn about positive or challenging situations in career and how handeled 6. Optional meeting with General Manager to answer more questions of the candidate and learn about the candidate. 7. Reference calls

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ironSource (Tel Aviv-Yafo) in Aug 2022
Interview
In total I had 4 in person interviews. One interview included presenting a home assignment that took several working days to complete.
After the last interview they said that I got accepted and that they will send an offer shortly. After a few days they called me to say that it will take a week to send the offer because they are trying to make me a BETTER offer. After a week of no contact I contacted them regarding the contract. They said they need a few more days. A week after that they called me to say that they aren't hiring for the position anymore. More than 2 weeks AFTER I did 4 interviews and spent dozens of hours on the home assignment. And they told me I got accepted and the offer is on it's way.
They wasted my time while telling me they are trying to give me the best offer they can.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ironSource (Tel Aviv-Yafo) in Nov 2019
Interview
A really bad experience. HR, short Skype call, in-office interview, home assignment, home assignment review, home assignment presentation. They cared only about knowledge in the ad-tech industry. The presentation part was the worst thing of the entire process. They were so arrogant and patronizing which actually made me don't want to take the job in the first place.
