After being approached by a recruiter/HR manager, we scheduled a short introductory phone interview (About 30-mins in length). I was interviewed by a team lead and was asked some backend general knowledge questions.
The next interview, via Zoom, was with the team lead of the team I was interviewing for. The interview consisted of presentation and analysis of a software project I worked on in the past.
The second interview, also via Zoom, was with a group manager (the manager of the position's team lead). I was asked to design a system according to the interviewer's requirements, and more requirdments were added as we progressed. We also discussed different approaches regarding the design.
The final interview was with the HR manager who contacted me, and was conducted in the company's office. I was given a tour in the office, and then we had a pretty long HR interview. She contected me a few hours after the interview and asked for references.
A few days after the HR review, I was contacted by the hiring manager and was given an offer. I accepted the offer a few days later.
Overall, the interview process was superb. The questions were challenging but fair, and all of the interviewers were super nice and very professional, and I had a very pleasent experience while discussing software stuff wigh them. The recruiter/HR manager was also great, and she was always available for me when I had to reschedule multiple times.
