What is strategy for IT procurement category. How would your teammates call you etc. Very generic and no deep dive into things that are important for the position.
How do you handle teams in different zones? What technologies have you deployed in the Salesforce platform? How many coding languages do you know? Do you write code? How do you deal with poor performing teams? (the team was in the call!)
The interviewer inquired about my current project and long-term career goals. I got the impression they were also trying to gauge the typical salary or contract rates in the Australian market.

The questions are scenario/roll-playing based and scripted. The interview process becomes very informal that way. It's like you are taking a test instead of really getting to know the people or position. Often you get asked the same question or a version of the same question by different people. Wasn't a helpful experience.
