Not so much a question. But the culture is so relaxed and work driven, it is hard to not overdress for the interview or stress when you shouldn't. Power cares about the work you do, not your clothes and such.

Not necessairly a difficult or unexpected question, but I was asked to give a pretty detailed explanation of the REST model, and how it correlates to the specific HTTP requests/responses.

How do you deal with employees that have a technical issue, but they aren't comfortable with technology?
What do you like to do for fun? Do you have a car you can commute with consistently? Are you bothered by working with difficult people? Are you bothered by a cluttered work space? Can you mange stressful situations well? How well do you work with others in a team? Pretty standard stuff as far as working in a higher paced production environment.
