Can you tell me about yourself
They questioned me regarding my Job Profiles, like how I am searching candidates for various profiles and what were the skills I am looking for etc.
More concerned about your work history and dependability. As Proskauer seemed to have been bit by number of turnovers in key IT positions.
What are you hoping to achieve in your IT career?
What I have noticed is anytime there is a less than favorable review, a new "fake positive" review to "cancel" the less favorable review is immediately entered to give a more positive view of the company. That is a big red flag showing the dishonesty of the company.
What are your techniques with dealing in rushed situations?
They didn't have any question they just hire you if you have a heart beat. If they don't like you they fire you.
For example, some of the questions were "Do you prefer to work independently or as part of a team?" & "When making decisions, do you rely more on data and analytics or intuition and experience?".
