Expect to be asked many hypothetical questions that will assess your thought process when dealing with complex problems.
You will be asked a lot of questions like "Think of a time that you were challenged..." "What is a time you had to do something you didn't know how to do..." "What's a time you had a coworker you didn't get along with..." etc. The questions themselves are all very generic and not worth trying to reproduce.
