I had to take a Win XP test that consisted of about 40 questions. Some of them I was familiar with, some I was not.
Questions pertaining to overall skills
The main focus of the interview questions started as standard: Tell me about yourself, what are your goals and aspirations, etc. Then the questions began to get very pointed in regards to a specific project in which I would be hired for if I were offered the position. A flow diagram was drawn and a small amount of detail was provided to me in regards to the systems included in this project.
