Tell us about a time when you had conflict with your boss. How did you resolved that?
All the usual boring and standard questions. Very little to do with the job at hand, too much focus on internal (non visible) processes and terminology.
Give an example of when you have taken leadership in a team.
Tell me about your previous internship experience.
Mostly behavioral questions. Couple of questions on basic object-oriented programming.
They went through a list of technologies (Java, HTML, SQL, etc.) and asked me to rate my proficiency from 1-5 in each category. They explicitly said that this wasn't to test me, but rather to see what my current skillset was.
The behavioral based questions were not too difficult but I got caught up on one. What is your most innovative idea?
Were there situation, when the project you were working on, did go as planned?
