I did not find any of the questions during the 3 interviews to be difficult or unexpected. The one question I was glad to hear was in regards to what I am looking for in an employer, what is important to me in order to consider employment with a company.
Nothing, there is no technical people are working all are government babus

You need to prove to higher management about the cost you are expected.

Varies depending on the BU you are applying to.
I would say the situational questions are most difficult as it will tell what kind of a leader/manager you are and how you react to different type of scenarios. It will also pick your brain to be more intuitive and imaginative.
