Q: Have you ever had an idea of yours implemented into the IT department, what was it?
Lots of personal questions: do you have a girlfriend? what's her name, where does she work, how many children, their names and ages. Don't feel that that kind of personal questions are necessary... but overall it was a good experience.

They asked about my self as an individual and not asked any traditional question like the informaion already I gave in CV. I was sked other than that. They also record the 1st stage interview with our consent to save candidate time for second interview.
