All good was fine until I was rushed off the final interview. Then ghosted. OK I get it - I made 20k over the final managers salary. OPM changed their requirement to include salary on resume 4.2024 - but I was in the middle of that quiet transition. I followed up every three weeks, and finally sent same query to HR, whom said the funding was pulled. Next day I get an email from manager that they are onboarding new hire. The point is that they never even updated the USA jobs website that I was referred, or anything since but lack of communication.
