Mostly scenario based, I was given a scenario where a user knew nothing about computers and said their email wasn't working out. This was more to test how I explain technical concepts to someone computer illiterate. I had another question about the communication that goes from a machine to google.com - I explained everything from layer 1 - layer 7. Finally there was some review over network/security/server experience I had in the past.

Can you share an example of a time when you took a proactive approach to streamlining operations within an IT environment? What was the outcome?

It wasn't unexpected. They asked me to give an exampie of situation where deadlines where passes through, so it was a bit hard to choose something that would show how this sotuation was solved successfuly in terms of bureaucratic structure.
