Recruiter. No job description or salary range provided before interview. Hiring manager told me this interview was for a direct hire and had not determined which position I would be considered. Recruiter did not provide sufficient information reason for not getting an offer.

Dealing with the incessant phone calls and lack of understanding their thick accents. Also they lack the understanding of what qualifies a candidate for a position.
Recruiter (T.B.) seemed interested in making sure it was a good fit for both me and the company, which I greatly appreciated. Provided me with lots of information about the company and was incredibly supportive throughout the process. Would definitely use them again if necessary, but I am exceptionally happy with the job and hope it stays that way.
