On 16th Jan 2015 I done with Test and TI 1 & 2. in TI 2 they told me that currently they are putting my profile on hold for some reason and after 2-3 week HR will schedule my last HR interview. And fortunately I got call on 22nd Jan 2015 and he scheduled my Hr telephonic interview on 23rd Jan 2015 as per my comfortable time and offered me this job. I am really very happy. This new year gifted me such dream job. 1. online Test Test covers whole .net framework 2. TI 1 In this interview they ask about basic concepts e.g. Inheritance, Polymorphism U need to have practical knowledge with theory knowledge. Only theory knowledge is not useful. They mainly ask practical scenario so you need to be clear about all oops concept. MVVM, validation, some database related questions. difference between string and string builder. use of interfaces give practical scenario. family background 3. TI 2 In this interview they ask about your projects. (Previous company) and look for some who is willing to learn new thing, willing to work under pressure etc. They also checks your confidence. Exception handling (They indirectly ask you) => Expected Ans. we log exception in a log file. family background 4. HR This round is only for formality. What do you know about tieto family background
