For the technical challenge I was given a set of examples to test and I got these working correctly. I was encouraged to talk through my thought process. I could do the task in any language that suited which was good for me. For the system design, I discussed a project I had worked on and answered questions asked throughout on particular parts. For the other two, I talked at length about different aspects of my experience, plans for the future and what I seek from working at Kroo.
They wanted detailed insights into my problem-solving process, decision-making, and how I collaborate under pressure.
