Various, regarding training experience and teaching methodology
Some of the questions on the test were very basic- such as "name 3 words with long vowels." Some of the questions were more focused on inquiry-based learning. I would recommend doing some basic research on inqury-based learning and the IB curriculum before arriving for an interview with them.
