Q. Tell me about a time when you had to make a difficult decision. (Decision making was not a skill mentioned on the Job Description. My own interviewer provided an answer along the lines of trying to "persuade" a customer that the results would lack accreditation. I'm unsure if they knew what question or answer they really wanted. What I believe they were asking was whether I could work independently and of my own initiative)
