Having had a few friends work for DM, I know they do multiple stages of panel interviews as well as one on one interviews with a few different attorneys. Huge range of questions given the extensive process.
I was impressed that I was asked (in addition to more conventional questions) whether certain limitations on the organization's work based on its funding sources would bother me.
