No hard questions. Basic personality integration. Just maintain professionalism at all times. *"If you are African American just make sure during your interview you know your role and do not display your diverse qualities." Your job is to act in a role, therefore any additional personality traits are not embraced. In the words of the leasing trainer your personality would be considered weird and unnatural.
