Questions consisted of sales experiences and ability to handle difficult situations. They are looking for someone who is friendly, outgoing, and clean cut.
Be prepared to show a printout of your commission numbers. They will ask for it. This probably plays a big part in the hiring process but my new leases, renewals and carport rental numbers were pretty high, yet I have had no luck getting called for a second interview.
