What is one trait you would change about yourself?
I met with Cassidy. He asked me numerous questions. Cassidy made the interview comfortable as it is never easy interviewing. Cassidy asked me questions of myself, where I worked and about my experience. It was so easy for me to interview because I could tell he really cared about my answers. Throughout the interview I just kept thinking Wow I would love for him to be my boss. He was not arrogant nor did he act superior. He was a nice person that clearly has his best interest in the company. And while I was in the office, I could how the residents respect and like him. It is easy to understand why.
