The panel of interviewers were all polite, kind and encouraging. The questions had to do with the research I was hoping to conduct in their institution, and related to the subjects I was able to teach in my discipline. In a nutshell, not a lot of tricky questions and a basic preparation reviewing the profile of the institution is enough to answer the questions I have been asked.
