I had tried to be clever in my statement in talking about how i managed workload - they asked me about it in an odd way I didn't expect - they were trying to distinguish between some very good, but very different candidates. I was the least qualified and experienced.
Why you want to move to the university? What is you aspiration in 5 years? Explain further on the subjects that you can teach. How do you manage other administrative works, despite busy schedule as researcher and lecturer.
