The in-person interviews consisted of 100% situational questions such as "describe a time when you......" with 6 - 8 or so questions in an hour. I did notice that the interviewers all had a copy of my resume handy, but the panel interviews all spent zero to no time on my resume. Again, I was told that behavioral questions are standard at all levels
