Although they tell you how short handed they are they way the director puts prospective employees under a microscope while not following any type of corporate sensitivity show the inexperience of their hiring process and why they have operate behind a curtain of secrecy in using an outside vendor to make excuses as to why qualified individuals are given tentative and weak answers following 5hrs of interviews.
