Tell me about yourself. Mostly they talked about the position, company, and worth ethic they expect. They vetted to ensure new hires are willing to take on extra tasks and are open to not being able to fulfill their job tasks as they are so short staffed you are pushed to take on other things that sometimes override your role.
What is your experience working with this specific population?

They ask what I thought what I could bring to the program for which I was applying for
They aren't really into behavior based questions. It was an easy going interview that took place over five years ago. Can't remember a single question. Just basic questions. Would I be available to work Saturdays.
