They didnt ask me anything but there was a question form in the packet about my previous experiences. How to manage time, working under pressure and decision making.
What made you want to apply to this job?
If I had any certifications
They will ask about what are some of the experience/skills you have that will benefit them, and what you can bring to the company. Have you worked with people with special needs before? How do you feel about working with adults who have mentally reverted to their earlier lives (even back to childhood - women: take note of this; some of the male clients/patients are going back to the days when they flirted with girls and even did a little "touching" of one's "sensitive areas" (my words, not theirs))? Something you may want to ask *them* about is the severity of the conditions of the clients -- some of them have imperceptible brain injuries, where you cannot necessarily tell that they truly have a disability, while others will never regain the ability to speak, the ability to use hands, or even the ability to carry on a conversation.
