Why do you want to leave commercial loans for mortgage loans?
The Interviewer and I knew each other from a previous job we worked together at. Interview was more catching up than the new job he was proposing so I finally said - Tell me about the job that you want me to have.
Q: How effectively do you handle stress? Q: Can you work long hours on short notice?
Familiarity with loan software, what computer programs you are familiar with, are you comfortable picking up the phone and calling people (which I later found out was essentially in reference to cold calling).
