"As a loan officer, both your financial and customer service skills are heavily valued for accepting and rejecting loans. In an interview context, prepare to talk about how you negotiate, what you believe makes a good salesman, and what you do to ensure that you meet your monthly loan closing goals. In addition, you may have to role-play a scenario where you must inform a client that they could not be given a loan because of their credit, or other criteria. To ace your interview, show that you have a motivated attitude and skilled in building personal relations with realtors."
They asked me what drew me to toll brothers and asked me mainly about my past experience and specifically what experience I had with loans. They also asked me why I was leaving my present employer as well as what my job duties consist of. They also asked me what I knew about the company and explained the job in full detail and how I can move on to become a mortgage processor.

They just asked questions based off of resume and not off of actual scenarios or specifics.
The interview was very relaxed. No difficult or unexpected questions were asked. I was fully qualified, they were just concerned about the Saturday rotation.
