The interview process was very well managed. There were two interviews; the first was a cursory screening interview and the second was with the hiring manager and recruiter. Both interviews were pleasant, well organized, on-time, the appropriate parties (decision makers) were in the interviews, and informative.
The hiring process was a bit more challenging, a verbal offer was extended with income details provided and it was in this conversation I was told a written offer would be forth coming. I received the offer via email at 7:30 PM with instructions to review, sign and return the document the following day, even though the letter stated I would have three days to review and return it. Additionally, It didn't appear that access to the necessary technology (printer, scanner, adobe, etc.) to complete this task from my home was taken into consideration. I had most of the necessary tools available to me, but this may not be the case with all applicants.
