Great process, group setting, a bit intimidating and nerve racking but that could be just how I interview. Three different interviews, recruiter was awesome and helpful. Great company to work for.

Initially a brief phone interview then it's a group interview process with anywhere from 5 to 20 interviewees and the panel of MGRs the managers would take a brief moment to introduce themselves and talk a little bit about loan Depot and its culture then they proceeded to round-robin interview questions to the group one question everybody would give it an answer to that question and so forth. The VP of sales is intense but he wants you to know what you're getting into the job is not for wimps.
