I applied twice, on 6/30/20 and 7/6/20, after not hearing back from my first application. After I applied the second time, I received a call the very next day on 7/7. The recruiter was awesome, she provided great company information and asked relevant questions. She had great listening skills. She scheduled me for a video interview for 7/10 and also emailed me a personality assessment and a skills assessment that I had to take before the video interview. After I did thorough research on the company and was moving along the interview process with other companies already, I decided the position wasn't for me and cancelled the video interview and informed the recruiter I was no longer interested. However, it was overall a positive initial phone interview experience.

Mainly phone interview and potentially a face to face interview depending on how detailed the 1st interview was. After going through the interview i was told that they would love to have me with there team and that they would be sending me the necessary details as well as my offer letter.
