Once my application was put in place I got a call about 2 days later from a technical recruiter. After I took the assessment that was sent to me, it was hard to reach the recruiter even though he told me to call him. After we spoke he called me later that day and made an offer but it was even under what position was listed for salary wise. I negotiated and was able to come to an acceptable rate.
