I had an interview with HR first, that went well. However, when we tried to coordinate with the Hiring Manager I was blown-off twice. The first time I received a call within the hour of the interview canceling. The second time the hiring manager never got on the call. I followed up within 10 -15 minutes with a text and email and even tracked down the HR rep who scheduled the meeting but they were out to lunch. We finally connected on the third try. Who is so unorganized that they can keep their own meetings? The interview with the hiring manager went well. I had an understanding of the role and hoe I could successfully fulfill their needs. But of course no follow-up on their end. After I reached out to the HR manager I found out they hired a past employee who wanted to come back. Think about that. Hiring back employees with a promotion who left for greener pastures.
