They send out a behavioral and cognitive assessment to take prior to the interview. Very easy interview mostly just getting to know me and reviewed my resume. I got a call later in the day from HR, letting me know they wanted to extend the offer.. declined due to low salary offer and they weren’t able to budge and was told they don’t give raises. I sent an very nice declination email and never heard back —pretty rude.
