First, there was a preliminary call with recruiter and had a technical phone screen after a week. The engineer asked questions about my experience and one algorithm question, It wasn't hard. I went for face to face a week after and had 45 mins technical discussion with the Engineering Director and then video conference with their SVP. Both of the interviews went well. Things fell apart after this. When asked feedback, HR responded that it was positive and he would get something rigid and he never did. I did one more follow up 2 weeks after and his response was same. They never communicated that they rejected me or whatever. This is really unprofessional.
