Seems to be a fast growing company but somewhat unprofessional. The recruiter kept telling me how lucky I was to get an interview. Then after having two rounds of interviews, three additional interviews were either postponed or canceled - one time an interview was canceled 5 minutes after it was supposed to have started as I was waiting for the Zoom call to begin. The process consisted of two cognitive tests and an exercise. I spent a considerable amount of time preparing for this job, doing exercises etc. only to have interviews canceled and rebooked - and then canceled again. I then waited 1 month for a response to be told (by text message) sorry, you didn't get the job and then receive no feedback. Not a great experience with loanDepot. They talk about how they appreciate their employees and how they're all about employee culture - that definitely does not seem to be the case based on the recruitment process.
